Completely informal and haphazard, but that’s what between-program days are like.

Lunchtime:

Pullups/Chinups: 4×10

Shoulder stretching

After Hours:

Pullups/Chinups: 5×10

Stretching (shoulders, legs, core)

Assorted KB lifts and hangs

Softball practice

After After Hours:

Slept like the dead, and ended up smacking my snooze alarm several more times than normal
