As previously averred to, it’s been delt and lat work at lunch and otherwise scattered about, and Starting Strength resumed this morning.

A little progress, and a little loss of ground after the week off.

Squats: 85 @ 3×5 / 115 @ 2×5 / 135 @ 1×5 / 165 @ 1×5 / 185 @ 1×5 / 205 @ 5×5 / 225 @ 1×5 (PR)

Bench Press: 45 @ 2×5 / 95 @ 2×5 / 135 @ 1×5 / 155 @ 1×5 / 165 @ 5×5

Deadlift: 135 @ 2×5 / 225 @ 2×5 / 295 @ 2×5

Reverse-grip Barbell Curls: 45 @ 3×10

Total Volume: 26,005
