Tuesday is about the most free-form day of my workout week, since it’s between Starting Strength sessions, and close enough to my slacking-off weekends (well, usually) that I still have something in the tank.
And, well, at the office, it’s frequently the second goddamned Monday of the week, and that needs seeing to.
Pullups: 54# @ 3×6 / Unweighted @ 4×10
Medicine Ball Situps: 2×15
One-Hand “Suitcase” Deadlifts: 140 @ 2×2 (each arm) / 120 @ 2×5 (5-10 sec hold at top)
Medicine Ball Throws: 5 minutes
