I was obscurely amused by the fact that T-Nat’s proscription for a bigger chest in a short period of time is “fifty pull-ups and a hundred pushups” six days a week.

I don’t mean to be a trend-setter, really.

Lunchtime:

Pull-Ups: 3×10 (using the “Perfect Pushup”)

Pushups: 3×20

After Hours:

Pull-Ups: 2×10

Pushups: 2×20 (feet on bed)

Deadlifts: 135 @ 2×5 / 205 @ 1×5 / 245 @ 1×5 / 275 @ 1×5 / 315 @ 2×5 + 3

Reverse Curls: 45 @ 2×10

Press: 45 @ 2×5 / 75 @ 1×5 / 95 @ 1×5 / 105 @ 5×5 (PR)

Squat: 105 @ 3×5

Total Volume: 15,210 (not including bodyweight moves)
