So, in addition to the usual stuff, I threw in some shoulder/arm complexes at lunchtime, because I’m some kind of masochist or something.
Shoulder Complex @ 2×20# DB, 15 reps, 2 circuits: Lateral raise, front raise, Arnold press, rear flye, underhand row (bent over), upright row
Pushups: 5×10 (feet on 18″ bench)
Softball: 1:45 (some sprinting, a lot of standing around, plenty of sweating)
