Hectic day at the office after a not-so-hot night’s sleep cut the heavy lifting portion of today’s stuff short. Also, the stir-fry my substantially better half was whipping up smelled too good to wait for. :-)
Core stretching (cobra, crocodile, child, pigeon, and some stuff that there’s probably a name for which I don’t know
1 handed overhead squats, 6# medicine ball, 1×10 each arm (read: shoulder stretching)
Squats: 45 @ 2×5* / 115 @ 2×5* / 135 @ 1×5 / 155 @ 1×5 / 205 @ 5×5
