I’m not shy about being in some discomfort, either during or after a workout. I’m stubborn and not always going to take a hell of a lot of advice about pain management (I’m very much the “hot shower and ibuprofen” type for most things.

That said, between rolling my ankle at softball last week (lightly strained lateral ligament in my left ankle, so it’s a little stiff and tender) and doing a <a href=”http://www.shrinkgeek.com/”>couple of articles</a> on pain management, recovery, and exertion headaches, it looks like pain is the order  of the day lately.
