Lunchtime:

4×25 Pushups

4×15 Pull-Ups

After Hours (Starting Strength, now with VersaGrips for the heavy DLs):

Squat: 45 @ 2×5 (more like 1×10, truthfully) / 105 @ 1×5 / 155 @ 1×5 / 205 @ 1×5 / 225 @ 5×5 (PR)

Power Clean: 45 @ 2×5 / 85 @ 1×5 / 115 @ 5×5 (PR)

Deadlift: 135 @ 2×5 / 205 @ 2×5 / 275 @ 1×5 / 325 @ 3×5 (PR)

So, PRs all around, which doesn’t suck, especially considering some soreness and tightness in both hips.
