More GVT shenanigans after work, and the “I lift so that I do not kill” routine at lunchtime.

Lunch:

Pushups: 1×25 / 1×35

Pull-ups: 2×15

Chinups: 1×15

Man-Makers (Renegade Rows) – 2×50# DB:  1×10 / 1×15

After Hours:

Deadlifts: 135 @ 2×5 / 205 @ 1×5 / 245 @ 6×10

Total Volume: 17,085
