Baby steps


So, yeah. What I can do without engendering too much cranial angst is two circuits of pullups, pushups, hip flexor stretches, and 4-way delt raises (used 25# for laterals, frontal, rear flyes, and Arnold presses).

Guess we know what I’ll have happening at lunch for the time being.
