More of the same


Yep, after work was just like lunchtime:
– 2×15 Pullups
– 2×25 Pushups (feet elevated 18″)
– Hip Flexor stretching
– Delt quads (lateral & front raises, rear flyes, Arnold press) – 12 reps @ 20#
Glute Bridges – first set, 20 reps with both legs, second set, 12 reps on each leg

On the upside, no headache. A bit of dehydration, but that’s why there’s a water cooler, right?
