Keeping things modest and sane for the time being…

Two circuits of:
– 15x Pullups
– 25x Pushups (feet elevated 18″)
– Hip Flexor stretch (30sec/side)
– 20x Glute Bridge (set 1 unweighted, set 2 w/ 50#)
– 30 sec plank
– Four-way delt complex (lateral & front raise, rear flye, Arnold press), 2×25#, 10 reps
