Wow, our softball team won.
I am a hell of a third base coach. Or something. Must be all that arm work I do.
The pregame workout was very similar to yesterday’s lunch routine:
One Arm Bent-Over Rows: 3×20 @ 65#
Shoulder Complex (Lateral raise, front raise, rear flye, underhand bent over row, upright row, Arnold press): 3×12 @ 15#
One-for-one, one RBI, and a whole lot of nothing hit my way in the two innings I played left field.
