Jim Wendler is fully capable of kicking my ass for noncompliance. Ergo, I’m going to try to keep it to a minimum; I added the rows to make up for the short change on the pullups & dips.

Pullups: 4×10

Dips: 4×15

Overhead Press: 3×5 @ 65 / 3×5 @ 85 / 3×5 +3 @ 100

Bent-Over Row (Barbell): 3×10 @ 85 / 3×10 @ 100
