So, there were mixed but generally good results from the evening session.Handstand Pushups, done while fresh, resulted in my doing two. They suck. A lot.
Ass-to-Grass, I managed 76 squats in 2 minutes, followed up (after a short intermission, during which I did 2×5 pullups with the 54$ KB strapped to my ass) by 110 done to parallel.
The KB swings will wait until tomorrow. 186 squats was quite enough, thanks.
Then, it was off to softball, where my mercenary tendencies resulted in my being the tenth person on another team the game before ours, since they were short, followed by our own game. There was some fun and some frustration. But, what the hell, two hours of running around isn’t a bad thing.
