[WotD] Friday, October 9


Bench Press day on 5/3/1.  I’m going to be trying to keep this going as a M/W/F/S routine, so that the upper and lower body splits have a decent spacing.

Bench Press: 2×5 @ 45 / 1×5 @ 95 (warmup) / 3×5 @ 135 / 3×5 @ 155 / 3×5+5 @ 175 (PR)

1H Rows: 5×10 @ 70

Pushups: 3×25

So, as a consequence of all those squats yesterday (19 + 19 + 76 + 110 = 224), there was no shortage of soreness and tightness in the quads and hamstrings today. Unsurprising muscle response is unsurprising.
