As Dave Tate said, “TGIS” – Thank Ghod it’s squat day.

However, my performance was rather underwhelming, as a result of some residual DOMS (delayed-onset muscle soreness) from Thursday’s foolishness.

Squats: 2×5 @ 45 / 1×5 @ 135 (warmup) / 3×5 @ 165 / 3×5 @ 185 / 3×5+1 @ 205

Glute-Ham Raises (in lieu of leg presses and leg curls, as I lack the setup for the former, and need to shift around a lot of crap to facilitate the latter): 1×10, with some arm assistance, and a lot of swearing

For the record, GHRs are really, really frigging hard.
