Arms Race


Let it not be said that I’m all that bright.  I’m enjoying (and by “enjoying” I mean “bitching incessantly about”) a sinus infection that wandered away a week or two ago, only to come back pissed off yesterday.

5/3/1 – Shoulder Press Day

Did the support exercises at lunch, where I have the equipment for both.

Dips: 5×15

Pullups: 5×10

We’ll see how the move itself goes this evening. It’s the week that gives the program its name this time around, so I just need to shove 125# overhead the one time; anything more than that is gravy.
