Workout log, October 2009

Hey, *I* can read it....

It’s far from pretty, but it suffices. This is where I jot down weights, sets, and reps while I’m doing my workouts (the scan loses a lot of the, er, flavor of the original, as the rumpled texture and overlapping sweat stains got completely washed out).

Time for a new page, just in time for the de-load week of 5/3/1.
