5/3/1 – Deadlift Day, Deload Week

Deadlifts: 3×5 @ 165 / 3×5 @ 205 / 3×5 @ 245

Also did 3×15 Knees-to-Elbows, but skipped the good mornings in favor of more medicine ball foam rolling.
