Second cycle of 5/3/1 commencing, so everything gets ratcheted up a little from the last iteration.

Also got on the stick as far as getting some cardio and power work in, so I did a half-set of tabata sprints – 12sec run, 10sec rest, four cycles. My aim is to make it up to eight cycles, hopefully fairly soon. These don’t count towards any lifting total

Overhead Press: 3×5 @ 75 / 3×5 @ 95 / 3×5+0 @ 105
