Squats: 1×10 @ 45 / 1×10 @ 135 (1800)

At this point, my hamstrings, shoulders, and back all let me know that anything more was a bad idea, so no work sets today. Hopefully on Monday.

Pushups: 4×25 (12000)

Six-Way Delt Complex: 5×10 @ 2×15# (9000)

Total Volume: 22,800
