Much like the squats on Sunday, the warmups were enough to convince me the work sets were out of the question. When 225 feels like 325, I’ll take the hint.  Despite that, the volume

Weighted Chinups: 1×5 @ 72 (1200)

Medicine Ball “Foam Rolling” (15 min)

After Hours:

Deadlift:

Warmup: 1×5 @ 135 / 1×5 @ 225 (1800)

Work Sets: None.

Supplemental work:

Good Morning: 5×20 @ 95 (9500)

Front Squats: 1×10 @ 95 (950)

Pushups: 4×50 (24000)

Delt Complex: 4x10 (7200)

Total Volume: 47,170
