Yesterday’s undocumented workout:

Pullups: 4×15 (11000)

Pushups: 4×25 (3000)

Dumbbell Side Raises: 2×10 @ 65# (2600)

Today’s workout:

Pushups: 1×25 on the hour, every hour (250 reps) (30000)

Still moderately annoyed at my low back, which doesn’t care to be stretched. I’m hoping to do something on my day off tomorrow, before working on Friday and Saturday.
