Trying to get back in the saddle vis a vis deadlifting, and, while it was a marginally less pathetic showing than last week, there’s still something rotten in the state of Denmark Lumbar.
Lateral Delt Raise: 3×15 (1650)
Deadlift: 1×5 @ 95 / 1×5 @ 135 / 1×5 @ 225 (3205)
Attempting to do anything at all with 275 was absolutely fruitless. I even improvised a rack pull from just below knee height (I have a couple of automotive support jacks, so I guess these would be “jack pulls”) and it wouldn’t budge. Time to dig out my chiropractor’s number, methinks.
