[WotD] Sunday, December 6


Finally getting back under the bar for some higher reps, though I did take it a little easy to be on the safe side. I’ve also been doing frequent sets of 15-20 delt raises (lateral and/or rear flyes) a few times a day, along with miscellaneous kettlebell moves.

Squats: 5×5 @ 135 / 5×10 @ 135
