Getting back to it

So, after various flavors of dicking around, since the annoying twinge has not completely abated, I did get back to doing a little bit more semi-serious lifting over the weekend, and try to get back into a meaningful routine.

The hourly pushups continue apace; this week is sets of 35 (and it’s noticeably tougher; tricep fatigue typically hits around 28).

Sunday was overhead presses (95 / 105 / 115) and deadlifts (135 / 185 / 225). Today at lunch was Romanian deadlifts (110 / 160), pullups, and kettlebell complexes (10x OHP, clean & squat).
