Squats, German Volume Training (GVT) style
After tweaking my back with the 325 DL yesterday, I didn’t want to go too nuts. This was approximately the right level of nuts.
Warmup: 1×10 @ 45 / 1×10 @ 95 / 1×10 @ 115
Work: 10×10 @ 135 – trying to keep the rest between sets around 60-90 sec, though not adhering to the 4 sec down/2 sec up rhythm (I would definitely have to go lighter to accomplish that kind of time under tension)
