Warmup:

Barbell Shrug: 1×20 @ 115

Bent-Over Row: 1×10 @ 115

Front Squat: 1×10 @ 95

Deadlift: 1×10 @ 135

Work Sets:

Deadlift: 1×5 @ 185 / 1×5 @ 225 / 1×5 @ 275 / 1×5 @ 315

The phrase of the day is PAIN-FREE. Can I get a “booyah” from the congregation?
