5/3/1 – Deadlifts – Week 2
Long goddamned day at the office, which didn’t end until well after closing time, and was pretty damn busy throughout. Reading the T-Nat article from earlier in the day and going, “yep, yep, yep” to pretty much every single item on that checklist didn’t exactly fill me with joy, either (and makes me wonder if some of my increasing tendency towards depressive-style behavior might not be symptomatic of that – need to re-check the results of September’s blood workup, I think).
Overhead Squat: 1×5 @ 45
Deadlift: 1×5 @ 135 / 1×5 @ 185 / 1×5 @ 225
Deadlift: 1×3 @ 275 / 1×3 @ 305 / 1×3+1 @ 345 (PR)
