5/3/1 – Bench Press (week 2) / Squat (week 3)

So, having given yesterday a miss for bench day, doubled up this afternoon.

Bench Press:

Warmup: 1×10 @ 45 / 1×10 @ 65 / 1×10 @ 95 / 1×8 @ 135

Workout: 1×3 @ 165 / 1×3 @ 185 / 1×2 @ 200

Squat:

Warmup: 1×10 @ 45 / 1×10 @ 115 / 1×5 @ 155

Workout: 1×3 @ 205 / 1×3 @ 235 / 1×3+1 @ 255 (PR)

Keen observers will note that the squats were all done to at least three reps for work sets, because I forgot it was a shift to “1” week. And I didn’t make my 3 reps of the bench press weight. *mutter*
