15/9/3+ Deadlift Day

Warmup:

Jogging: 2 mi, slow

Deadlifts: 1×10 @ 135 / 1×8 @ 205 /1×5 @ 265

Workout:

Deadlifts: 3×5 @ 295 / 3×5 @ 315 / 2×5 @ 345 (PR) / 1×5 @ 225 (time limited)

Doing some research, I discovered that 345×5 is a PR for that weight (345×4, 2/18/10)

  1. What speed is your slow jogging?

    • 2 miles in 25 min, lots of walking. I was accompanying someone who has only done it once before. Normally, that’s my 18 minute route. However, my calves, especially my left, have been tight the last couple weeks.
