15/9/3+ Squat Day


Rushed through with the bare minimum today, due to a conflation of trivial but enjoyable (Sabres-Bruins game on TV) and heavy-duty serious (friend’s wife hospitalized) things on my mind.

Squats:

Warmup: 1×15 @ 45 / 1×10 @ 95 / 1×8 @ 135

Work Sets: 3×5 @ 205 / 3×5 @ 235 / 1×5 @ 255 (PR)
