15/9/3+ Deadlift Redux


After taking last week off, it was back to the (very warm) iron mines in the garage to resume deadlifting, though backed off a bit to resume the trek upwards.

I’d try and draw a gradually ascending sawtooth wave here, but… not so much.

Pre-warmup was an easy two mile run, then my commute.

Warmup:

Deadlift: 1×10 @ 135 / 1×5 @ 185 / 1×5 @ 225

Work Sets:

Deadlift: 3×5 @ 275 / 3×5 @ 295 / 1×5 @ 315 / 1×15 @ 245 (PR)

Supplemental:

Hanging Leg Raise: 2×10

I’m also working on a bunch of the fun stuff at Beastskills, with varying amounts of success.  Did my first one-armed pushups today, which was nice to finally accomplish.
