15/9/3+ Deadlift Day

This was one of those days where getting in and getting the minimum done was going to be enough to be considered a moral victory. Dragging ass would be a fairly accurate description of how I felt since about lunch.

Lunchtime:

Elliptical: 30 minutes, gradually increasing resistance

One-hand snatch: 3×1 @ 65 (each arm); 10-20 sec hold overhead

Dumbbell rack hold: 1×45 sec, 2×65#

Pullups: 2×10 @ BW, 1×5 / 1×2 @ BW+72 / 2×5 @ BW+36

After Hours:

Pullups: 2×6 @ BW+36 / 4×5 @ BW (these latter sets were interstitial to the early deadlift sets)

Deadlifts:

Warmup: 1×10 @ 135 / 1×5 @ 185 / 1×5 @ 225 / 1×5 @ 255

Work Sets: 3×5 @ 285 / 2×5 @ 315 / 2×4 @ 345 / 1×8 @ 225
