This may or may not turn into the regular Friday lunchtime workout, but I didn’t have anything else in mind (OHP this evening), so I took a long walk off a short bus.
Last week (1st attempt): 29:00
This week: (2nd attempt): 26:40
I kept the KBs racked a lot more this time, since my grip, especially with the left hand, was whining. But, on the whole, it was substantially less suck this time.
