Warmup:

Kettlebell Snatch: 1×10 @ 54 (each arm)

Deadlift: 2×10 @ 135

Bench Press: 1×15 @ 45 / 1x 10 @ 95 / 1×6 @ 135

Work Sets:

Bench Press: 3×5 @ 155 / 3×5 + 3 @ 175

Deadlift: 7×10 @ 185

The deadlifts were done immediately on the heels of the preceding set of bench presses, and then a short breather was taken. All told, this was only a 40 minute workout from start to finish.
