Monkey see, monkey doom (day 2)


Well, he survived and came back for more.

In the spirit of fair play, I’m doing the same thing I inflicted on him for lunch (with a slightly truncated run due to time constraints). Chiropractic followed by bench/dead after work, having given yesterday evening a miss.

Warmup:

Jumping Jacks: 1×100

Dips: 5×10

Plank Holds: 3x 1 minute

High Jumps: 2×10

Workout:

Renegade Row: 3×10 @ 25# (one lift with each arm = 1 rep) – I substituted 35/50/65#

Barbell Bent-Over Row: 1×10 @ 75 / 1×10 @ 105 / 1×10 @ 135 (substituted 30 sec front tuck lever and 2×10 front tuck pullups)

30 minute run, 10 sec sprint every 3 minutes (3 min @ 7.0 mph / 30 sec @ 9.0 mph / 3 min @ 3.5 mph)
