I’m a monkey’s uncle


So, in a fit of fair play, after seeing Code Monkey’s suffering recap of what I’d cobbled together for him for today, I decided to do it myself.

Warmup

  • 100 Jumping Jacks
  • 3×12 pullups
  • 2×10 high jumps
  • 2×25 pushups

Workout

Six-way barbell complex.  Six reps of each move @ 65 / 95 / 105

  • Bent-over row
  • Power Clean
  • Front Squat
  • Push press (only made three reps @ 105)
  • Back Squat
  • Good mornings
