15/9/3 – Squat Day

Lunchtime:

Elliptical: 35 minutes, 2 minute resistance intervals

Got home, had a quick snack after my chiropractic adjustment, and then had fantastic energy. I was, to commandeer a phrase from a sport I dislike, going to attack the rack.

After Hours:

Warmup:

Squats: 1×10 @ 45 / 1×10 @ 95 / 1×5 @ 135

Workout:

Squats: 3×5 @ 175 / 3×5 @ 195 / 3×5 +7 @ 215
