15/9/3 – Squats

Today was short and sweet, but not without its notable moments.

Lunchtime:

Pullups: 5×10

Elliptical: 35 min

After Hours:

Warmup:

Squat: 1×10 @ 45 / 1×10 @ 115 / 1×5 @ 155

Work Sets:

Squat: 3×5 @ 185 / 3×5 @ 205 / 3×5+6 @ 225 (PR)

That finishing set puts me back where I was pre-injury in early May. Let’s hear it for recovery.
