Spanked


15/9/3+ Deadlifts

In lieu of a finishing set of deadlifts, and in the spirit of annualized abuse, there were squats.

Warmup:

Deadlift: 1×10 @ 135 / 1×5 @ 185 / 1×5 @ 225

Work Sets:

Deadlift: 3×5 @ 265 / 3×5 @ 295 / 3×5+2 @ 325 (PR?)

Squat: 1×37 @ 135 (PR, and sincerely awful. I basically collapsed to hands and knees for 90 seconds after finishing)

Supplemental:

Scapular Retraction Pullups: 3×15 (the entire ROM was the scapular retraction and external rotation of the shoulder that goes with it)
