Since I can’t hold anything, exercise has been limited to legs and cardio.

Squat machine: 2×10 @ 200 / 1×10 @ 240

Leg Extension: 2×10 @ 120 / 1×10 @ 140

Leg Curl: 2×10 @ 100 / 1×10 @ 140

Bulgarian Split Squat: 2×10 each leg

Run: 3 miles (~30 min)

Elliptical: 12 min
