Lunch was a couple of running intervals, followed by a lot of coughing.

15/9/3: Bench Press

Warmup:

Bench Press: 1×20, 1×10 @ 45 / 1×10 @ 95 / 1×5 @ 135

Work Sets:

Bench Press: 3×5 @ 165 / 2×5 @ 185 / 1×3+1 @ 205

Supplemental:

Bent-Over Row: 4×10 @ 135

Pullups: 2×8

I’ve been working on my dips, which I loathe, but it’s bearing fruit. Managed a single set of 22. I think the combination of working on these, and trying to focus on the bench press event on 10/25, has resulted in a touch of overtraining on the shoulders/triceps, so I’m going to ease off in the interest of making progress.
