Fanfic version: “Hey, the King’s Back!”
Just not being updated with strings of numbers and suchlike.
Now that the busted hand has more or less recovered, I’ve reset the weights on my program based on more recent maxes, and am beginning the second week’s climb from about 2/3 of those figures upwards. It’s not exciting, it’s not glamorous, but hopefully it’s working.
I’ve also stopped half-assedly trying to cut weight, and am going to focus simply on strength gains for the next couple of months, while just eating sensibly.
