More fun with 5/3/1 – Deadlift day.  Call me weird, but I really enjoy ’em.

Lunchtime:

Bent Over Rows (1H): 2×20 @ 65

Pullups: 2×15

Balance Ball Plank Hold: 2x60sec (forearms on ball, parallel, feet together)

After Hours:

Deadift: 2×5 @ 135 (warmup) / 3×5 @ 205 / 3×5 @ 235 / 3×5+3 @ 265

Good Morning: 1×12 @45 (warmup) / 5×12 @ 95

Hanging Leg Raises: 5×12

Total Volume: 17,285 (DL + GM)
